I just saw Kelly Osborne sing "Papa dont Preach"
on the MTV music awards, she was DYNAMITE!!! :D

they even let her mom come on the stage and walk her back stage !!!!!

Oh fine.....give away some of the suspence!!! For some of us the MTV music awards don't broadcast for another hour. TeeHee!!!

Thanks for letting me know that there is something worth watching on awards.

and yes there is something worth watching, I won't spoil it
but watch for Adam sandler and Wyllona Ryder present the best film award, he asks her , well you will just ahve to wait and see :nyah:

More tidbits of what I'll be watching in TV land.

I told my roommate when I got home from work that I wanted to watch the awards (this was a subtle hint that I was going to be claimant the TV at 9pm) and I didn't know why. Now I'm beginning to think I'm in for a pretty good show.

Great, love the Ozzy Show, glad to see Kelly has some of the family talent. Poor Jack tho...what a pain..

I watch the Osbourn's as an antidote to the White Bread Televison of my childhood. The shows then only confused me and so I read instead. My life in no way resembled the Anderson's, Cleaver's or Nelson's...mine was more like the Twilight Zone and I was in highschool when that came out... :)

At anyrate, glad Kelly has several skills and talents.

Oh, rats, I did it again? I will not confuse the subject "Kelly" with dangling participles, life experiences or the show she is in on MTV. Woo hoo MTV award stuff. Yah Kelly.
Would use spell check but have no idea witch to spell.... :D

I read in the TV weekly that the version she sang at the awards might be partially lipsynced. It was put together from a couple of takes done during rehersals. Apparently, she was so nervous that she missed more than a few notes. They had that done so she could have the option of lipsyncing or doing it live.

Loved the hair and her rendition of the song. She was awesome and so was Jack Black! *gotta love the D!!!*

It was great seeing a normal looking singer for once. Kelly looked and sounded great yet didn't resemble a Holocaust victim! My skinny 13 yo niece weighs more than Sarah Michelle Gellar*! :eek:

Adam Sandler was not funny though.... I'd looked forward to a shoplifting zinger.....:(

*has MTV west for some odd reason*

*Gellar weighs around 85 lbs according to her stunt double, who has to get by at 115.... :rolleyes:
