Hi All,
I've been all over the net trying to get a specific deck and I can't find it. The publishers' site doesn't even have purchasing information.
It's The Favole Tarot by Victoria Frances and is published by Fournier.
Can someone please help me? This is all I could find on the Fournier site. :sniffsnif :sadman:

I would contact them. If you go to www.nhfournier.es (http://www.nhfournier.es) and click on the contacts page you can see an email. I'm not sure if it is actually available yet. I don't see it listed @ tarotgarden, amazon, etc.

Shoot Dan & Jeanette an email over @ Tarot Garden. They are very good @ this sort of thing. It's their job, after all! :)

this is a good site for getting different decks, although, I admit, I didn't look to see if they had that specific deck.

Tarot Garden (http://www.tarotgarden.com) doesn't have it listed in their store yet, but that doesn't mean they won't get it. I would email Jeanette directly. She's a wonderful lady, very responsive to requests and special orders. They are generally a fantastic site/store for the tarot addicts among us.
Especially me.

The thing is this is not really a Tarot deck, per se. What I mean is that this was created solely to promote Victoria Frances' fantasy art. She did not sit down one day and decide to create a Tarot deck from scratch the way Luis Royo did, twice. The images were taken from her Favole art collection and used to put together this deck. I don't know how well the images will fit with each card to be honest. This is merchandising, pure and simple. Her art is popping up everywhere, from bed sheets to notebooks and now a Tarot deck.
That said, I adore her art and totally WANT this deck. I'll try and email Tarot Garden. :)
We are of the same mind here. I have other decks for practical use I WANT this one because I love her work. I haven't got the space (or money) to get the prints of her work, but this deck I can manage.
Sincerest thanks to everyone for your help. Now I'm off to start e-mailing.

I just googled "victoria frances tarot" and I found it for sale ... but it's on the German version of Ebay. It looks like it's going for 9,90 Euros. I have no idea how much that is. I don't speak German.

9.9 euros is about $14 US, but they'll probably kill you on the shipping.

Dear Ruth,
Thanks for writing. Actually, we already have the Favole Tarot on
order from a wonderful German supplier that we work with. They have
to get it from Spain before they can ship to us, but they thought
they could have a supply at their warehouse by the middle of this
month. That probably means it will be November before we get our
supply, but we'll have them!
I don't have an entry for the Favole in our database yet, so you
can't put it on preorder or backorder online through our site. But
keep checking... as soon as we have the decks in stock, they'll be on
the website and ready to find homes. Feel free to write anytime for
an update on this title, if you like.
Regards,

i just purchased this deck from amazon...i thought that the artwork was beautiful, but i didn't read the users comments until it was too late...
i was wondering if anyone else has had any of the same trouble with this deck as those that were surveyed?
(i was so happy that i was finally getting my first tarot deck, and now i'm nervous :weirdsmil)
thank you for any help you can offer

One of those reviewers on Amazon has a rather broad definition of "child".
With maybe two or three exceptions (the Fool being one of them), most of the figures look a minimum of late adolesence (as in18 years, 16 if you push it), and more like early 20s.
Children being tortures? I don't think so. Weird reviewer.
Deck is kind of weird, too, I'll grant, but I like it well enough.
