I am having a lot of trouble with panic attacks over the past few years. It is my hope to figure out what is the root cause of these attacks so I can better stop them from occurring.

My life just seems so strange than it was a few years ago. I'm happily in love, I adore my husband but I can't figure out why these attacks keep plaguing me.

Before I met him I was strong and independent. Now I don't' feel that way anymore. I'm always scared something bad is going to happen. Always. From me dying or getting gravely ill or him leaving me.

And I'm not afraid of death. I"m just afraid of loosing time to spend with him. Isn't that silly? Anyways I hope that provides enough information._pounce_

Hi, Kittee. I'll be happy to do a reading for you.

Just as an aside, though, as the partner of someone who's been diagnosed with panic disorder, and as someone who's sometimes woken from a sound sleep by a panic attack, I should mention that they don't always have a cause. Sometimes they just happen because brain chemistry goes wonky. I know that sucks, but sometimes it's true.

Thank you Windsmith.

I actually woke up with an attack for the first time the other day. Very frightening.

Oh, shoot. I was supposed to say this before, so people knew the reading had been done: the reading has been done. I've PM'ed you.

Of course, you already know that. :weirdsmil
