I have a friend, a student, who could use a lot of prayers right now. Her son has been in and out of the hospital for the last little while with brain cancer. I just got a note from her that says he's back in the hospital and she has a feeling that the doctors think this is it.
She's asking for prayers right now, even if it's just to help him on his way when the time comes, so if you could please keep her son, his name is Tim, and her (Larkin) and family, in your thoughts, it's greatly appreciated.

Just incase anyone is interested, here's an update that my friend sent me....

My son is doing a bit better. He has been seizure free. they are now considering brain surgery, which terrifies us, but we know that he will be more comfortable if they can stop the fear of seizures. His doctors are doing the very best they can for him. There is a possibility he may be accepted into a clinical trial if we can get him better and out of the hospital. He is in amazingly good spirits, and the bravest soul I know.

Thank you all for your prayers :)

More positive thoughts going his way. I hope that he can get into that trial.

Blessings

I've been away for a week, and just found this in my email:

My brave beautiful boy lost his battle at 11:40 this morning. My heart is full of grief, but at the same time, I am so happy he isn't in pain any longer and at rest. Thank you all for your love and support.

Thank your for your prayers everyone, they were greatly appreciated.

So sorry for your friends loss :( My heart goes out to her family. May the Goddess embrace the little one on the other side, and lay her healing hands upon the heart of your friend, and the rest of the family.
