Hel, Great Crone and Mother to me......
See my plight. Help me to understand what I am feeling and why I am feeling it. I ask that you lend me the truth of my circumstances and why I am staying with someone who deserves so much more than I can give. Give me the clarity of my situation in order to make a decision based on MY needs as well as the needs of my children. I ask for the courage to act upon what you tell me. Wise One, who's halls are filled with sleet and ice, make me your daughter who shares the plate of famine and help me put to death those things that are no longer needed in my life. I ask this honouring you as always.......
