After several years of reading up on the topic, I'm finally at a place in my life where I can practice Paganism. So recently I have delved into it, by soaking up more knowledge and practicing the basics such as meditation and visualization. My problem is that I don't have the tools or skills to perform a ritual yet. But I want to celebrate Samhain in some form or another. Does anybody have some ideas on how to do this? Thanks.

if you can do meditation just meditate on the ancient ones {your realitives or others that have passed } and open your mind and see if they have any words of wisdom for you
Make a meal from your harvest and set a extra plate for those that have passed to the summerlands this is called a "dumb supper"
It is also a great time to practice your divination skills such as runes, tarot or scrying
