View Full Version : Is this a good spell to fend off a theif?

Thou shalt never hurt me anymore,
Thou callest me a brat but thou is now and was a brat thineself
Hand over the purse and stay away from my accumulated belongings and wealth
Or thoust suffer from unimaginable karma later in this life and others.
My the gods, goddesses, spirits, and saints of the world see me through and help me to my highest achievements which shall be great.

I usually don't do a lot of spells and definitely not a spell that's borderline gray/black but there's someone I know who takes my stuff a lot, they are an adult and I'm trying to get my purse back from her that I had bought (one of my first purchases) with my first good paycheck and it's important. She kept on begging me and saying all this stuff so I sold it for $5, it was a cheap one from Wal-Mart but since then she's been getting tons of designer purses and flashing them in my face and I never see her carry the one I sold her. I asked her once and she forgot. I talked to one of my relatives today that's real close to her, she said she'd talk to her. But this isn't the first thing she has stolen from me. She gave a CD for Christmas one year and it went missing for years. She claimed it was hers, hers, hers.

You probably won't like my response, but first, why the biblical sounding language? You won't find any spells in the bible, eh.

And second, you sold her the purse so it belongs to her now, and it's her choice whether to use it or not. If you really liked the purse, then offer to buy it back.

But get a backbone and the next time she tries to bully you into giving or selling her something tell her "NO." And put protections around the rest of your belongings to keep her from "borrowing" anything else from you. Or just keep away from her and don't invite her to your home again.

She's one of my sisters it would be hard to tell her not to come around. I would give her the money back if she gave it to me. It hurts my feelings a lot. But protection around my belonging (half of which I hide because of her) would be a good thing.

When I feel the need, I do an energy visualization, I "place" a band of colored energy around the thing I am seeking to protect. The color varies according to what I am trying to accomplish.

Then I can "recharge" the energy band when I need to by imagining it, seeing the color and going over the entire perimeter in my mind, seeing it brighten as I strengthen it.

I have found this method very effective.

usually a bullet between the eyes or a swift kick to the privates is effective enough to fend off a theif!

I don't think it'll work unless you are talking about a magickal bullet,

O/T: i before e, except after c = thief (not theif)

One of my favorite characters in RPG is a thief. ;)

Oh fudge* u, why do you care so much about a misspelling.

THEIF THEIF THEIF

kill me now

Because I was just in one of those moods.

"Bang" is too easy, I say tie you to the railroad tracks and wait for the train... naw, been done too often. Hmm, let me think about this . . . :deviltail

Unless you're sufficiently weird, being a good neighbour, seizing the day, having some caffeine, or hell... spelling science, species, counterfeit, kaleidoscope, foreign, heifer, etc.

Well, finally I did get the purse back and I gave her the money back but I just don't know if she has or will ever learn her thievery lesson. She's been like that to me and her older sister for so long that even when she can afford to buy the stuff she still feels compelled to take or try to take from us, even though we have less than her.

At some point with the CD situation we just had to use CD burners and stuff. I've been pretty successful about keeping my CDs under wraps for a while since she dissed one of my CD  I just don't show them off to her anymore. But I got a lot of stuff hidden in my room just so she won't steal stuff.
