I need some help conquering addiction

Dear helper,
I have had an addiction which I have been trying to release for four years now. I want it to leave me now. Please help me banish it from my life.
I am recieving councelling and have been for 8 months now, but I would love some prayers, spells, intervention of a spiritual nature from some outside help.
I have done some work on my own, but any help from another would be thankfully recieved.
