Planet Earth by BBC is an awesome series. Each episode focuses on one aspect, feature, or environment of our planet, and describes some of the inner workings in great detail. Really cool stuff that I couldn't even imagine existing, like fish in certain caves where the water has dangerously high levels of sulfuric acid.

I'm also liking Fearless Planet, a newish series on Discovery. They take a geographic area (Like Hawaii or Alaskan Mountain ranges), and show the interconnectedness of the geological and environmental features. For instance, I never new that the amount of rain that falls on Hawaiian mountains influences the massive waves that form on it's coast.

Baba Yetu's one of those songs I refuse to get tired of.

Yeah, my Ex bought Civilization 4, and as soon as I heard that song, I loved it. Even though it's a Christian themed song (Baba Yetu = Our Father in Swahili), I still enjoy it immensely.
