Again, as soon as I start feeling better, as i've ben very ill for the past few months, I hp=ope to start doing astrology charts here again for thouse who need them done.

I'm a professional, experienced astrologer of over 15 years now, I use the folling system:

Geocentic Chart
Placidus Houses
Tropical ZodiacI can do Heliocentric, and Sidreal Zodiacs, as well as any other House system you prefer, as I have professional computer software, that allows me to do anything-Natal, Progressed, Transit, Horary, etc.

Although I am well taught in all of these, I only perfom the above bullet pointed services for free here.

Also, my level of expertize:

Natal Chart
Progressions (secondary)
Transit
Composite/SynastryI can also do Solar/Lunar Returns, as well.

But for anything other then my free services, I will have to charge you for a one one session outside of the board, where you may reach me via PM.

I also highly recommend Keishin, as she is another certified professional. There are not many of us here sadly.

Thanks I will keep that in mind. :)

I'm interested to look at the synastry chart as well, RR mentioned composite and I notice it gives an impression of the relationship as it's own entity. I brought home two astrology books last night and one is basically an index of symbols/meanings/and what happens when they coincide. I have familiarity with Capricorn and now some Leo and Sagittarius, but not so much Pisces and Aquarius which figure into the composite here. Which is interesting because baby's sun is Pisces and his daddy's sun is Aquarius.

Haven't been able to find anything yet about us having the same ascendant. Maybe it'll mean we seem like two of a kind to people. My parents certainly keep mentioning he does things like I did as a baby, but that might be normal grandparent stuff

Hi RainInnana,

It is so great to watch you launching into astrological studies! I have the same Rising with a friend, who is also an astrologer. What this means is that even though all our plnates are different, we have the same grid, the same Houses. So any planet transitting her Houses is also transitting my Houses. We are very intuitive with each other, and maybe a bit judgemental. It bugs me when she does certain things because I KNOW she is taking a wrong turn, and vice versa.

Having the same Rising is like having the same set, scenery, plot outline and reasons for being here, but the heroes are different in the two movies.

My two oldest grandchildren and I all have Leo rising. I've noticed a few similarities in the charts between me and my kids and grandkids. I haven't done any composites yet, I am still learning the details of it all! I am very close to my kids and grandkids, I babysit my three grandbabies every weekday. This long holiday weekend is the first break of more than 2 days that I have had away from them in over a year and a half. I would enjoy it more if my power wasn't blinking off and on, we are having a nasty windy snowstorm tonight. The energy from it has me feeling like a caged cat, full moon on top isn't helping matters I am sure._inabox_

I'm really interested in composite charts as well. I have a friend working on one with my husbands and mine. If you saw, his chart is as, if not more, complicated than mine lol. So i'm sure it will take her a bit.

As interested as I am in learning astrology, and to do these things myself, i have my "spoon in too many pots" as it were. Maybe a couple months after I have the baby and I start sleeping again, and things settle down, I'll have the time and energy to devote to it. I honestly never knew how complicated it was. I mean before my whole experience was...you are a cancer...here is today's horoscope. Lol. Now I feel like a complete idiot trying to understand these things. I'll be talking to my friend on vent and she'll be talking about the chart and be like see where this is opposing this and conjuct with that....I'm like ok give me like 5 min to figure out which symbol is which lol.

Edit: I am however gonna keep nosing around in these forums if that's alright with you all.

Dear Busy and Stressed Sisters,

These are intense times and being pregnant with too little sleep, and too much babysitting for Grandmama...oooolllllaallala. Mercy mercy. GROUP HUG!!!!

As to studying astrology? It appears to me that you are hooked. Just how fast do you expect yourself to learn, even when you aren't under such stress? Are you learning astrology, or is astrology learning you? SWOOOSHHH....

And hey, Composite charts are EASY. First go to astro.com and generate a composite and then play with their great Composite chart point and click features!

That can get overwhelming quickly in truth. Too much detail, to little Big Picture.

So, the first thing I look at in a Composite is the North Node. What is the soul purpose of the relationship? Then I look at the Rising and Ruling planet ( see thread on Ascendants). What sort of life movie is the couple enacting? This is important! I love my husband but I don't want no Aries Rising marriage, given I am a Taurus Rising person myself. My marriage has a Pisces Rising (ahhhhhhhhhhhh.....) and sure enough we are troubadores, we sing together and seem kind of sweet and magical as a couple. As individuals, we are both Aquarius Grand Fixed Crosses with Earthy Risings; stubborn? opinionated? But, as a couple we are Pisces Rising (ahhhhhh....) and well, cute. Really sweet, and very musical and artistic.

Ah yes, of course, makes sense, why didn't I think of that. Same ascendant is one piece, but then the houses follow too. In---terest--ing.

Hi Lorrie,

If you and your grandchildren all have Leo Risings, your composite charts have Leo Risings. Thus your relationships are about promoting self expression each other and beyond. Your relationships with these grnadkids comes across to others as warm and entertaining and generous and role models/leaders- very heart centered and heart connected. Your hearts beat as One.

Fun and firery, loyal and loving.

That is very true, I am very close to them, they had lived with me for over a year. They moved in with me July 2006, their momma died Sep 20th, both were young, Kyle had turned 1 just 5 days before she died, Caitlyn turned 2 just a few months after her death. My son was just too busy, so I had been the main influence in their lives for the next year. They moved into their own place in August, it was the first the kids had really been apart from me. Kyle-guy is very clingy with me and gets very upset if I get out of his site or reach. Caitlyn is very clingy also, but is also becoming more of an independent 3 year old now, but when she gets here ( I babysit them all week, sometimes during the weekends too) she curls up in a little ball in my lap and just wants to be held close. The kids haven't been here since the Friday before x-mas, when I saw them on xmas day, Kyle would scream and cry if he couldn't be on my lap, or held. I have become their security. I raised my kids with laughter, and am doing the same with the grandkids. It helps one get through the rough times!:hehehehe:

Try having YOUR Aries Moon OPPOSE your ex's SIX planets in Libra!!! And he had a 4 planet Stellium to boot! Along with being a triple Libra, and his scout planet was Mercury as well in Libra.

We fought like thunder and lightening. He's lucky to be alive.

I'm STILL plotting revenge....

What can I say? I have 4 planets in Scorpio, including Venus and Mercury in the 3rd House. I tend to have a sting to my words. As if anyone hasn't noticed.

Hi Owl,

That Aries/Libra thing is so very intense and difficult. I have Saturn in Scorpio on my Descendant at 23*. So what do I do, having no knowledge of astrology at the time? I married very young, age 18, a guy who was rather father-figure-ish and authoritarian....who has his Sun at Scorpio 23*! Of course we stay together for 22 years, out of duty or something!

Yeah, with Saturn in your 7th House (DSC), in Scoropio, (yeesh, Taurus ASC???), that would DEFINIITLY make you a loyal mate.

With Saturn placed there, you'd be likely to marry LATE actually, but there are exceptions.

Plus, someone much older than you, and in authority as well, is what I would read out of it. Someone with Scorpionic traits, God help you. LOL...

What are your Composite/Synastry aspects between his Sun, Venus, and your Moon and Saturn, and vice versa. Those are really important, as I'm sure you know, for they light the fire that activates those planets.

Of course, what Pisces, Neptune, Venus, along with Capricorn are all doing as well should be in play for a thorough reading...
