I am a Cancer Sun sign, a Leo Moon sign and a Rising Saggitarius sign. Yet my natal chart is mostly air. I am curious as to how a rising and moon sign can effect one's personality.
I have done a lot of study on signs and what they mean, but which is the most influence in your life? In astrology the sign correlates with the planet, right? So confusing...
What are your signs and how do you feel they affect you?

NebtAnhai, In a woman's chart an angular Moon, especially if it is on the Ascendant or Midheaven, denotes a very feminine personality, sensitive, perceptive, and in younger years prone to be moody. Easily hurt and also easily encouraged especially by one of the opposite gender. I have generally noticed that an angular Moon denotes natural and graceful feminine moves with your body, and often catches the attention of more perceptive of men, especially if Venus is strong in the nativity. I hope this helps.
On the rising sign (especially if refrenced to the Sidereal Zodiac), that its ruler, its placement, aspects, and house occupation tells much about the personality and how others will percieve you. Often, the Astrological implications of the rising sign's ruler says more about an individual than the sun sign. I have also found that the positioning of the Ascendant's ruler has a lot to do with one's astroligical-implied fate in life, which is especially denoted by house occupation.
If one's natal Moon is also angular but is not in its ruling sign (Cancer), that the implications of Cancer's house occupation in one's birth chart will often show an underlying impetus in the motivations of the individual. Using myself as an example, the Moon is angular in my nativity, occupying the midheaven (within 2 degrees) Yet its position is in Virgo (both zodiacs) and the house occupation of the sign Cancer is in the tropical 8th house, (or the Sidereal 7th). This shows that the individual will often be living and using the goods, services, and property of others, throughout much of life, and on the Midheaven, indicates that this theme will be particularly pronounced in one's profession. I can say from personal experience that I definitely feel comfortable in the utilization of other's goods and property and that there is a natural aversion to owning many personal posessions, except those things which pertain to my professions. And being in Virgo, we can expect to find many tools and resoruces of the trade(s).
