Has anyone ever heard of an enormous, fire-breathing tiger?

Ah could you give a little more to go on. Is it a White tiger or a Bengal Tiger? Is it a creature of singual shape or does it appear to be multiple cretures?

The reason I ask is that I have seen drawings of the Ki-Rin that appear cat like, almost tiger like and has a flame associated with it but mostly the imagery of its mane. Though a flying mane can appear like flame carring back accross the body.

The Tiger is often in opposition to the Dragon in much of Chinesse lore so is it a fragment that you are seeing? Is it or could it be alagorical to China and its coming out somewhat. Granted China is more seen as a dragon but it is also a tiger.

Some temple dogs have a feline like look to them. In some art work they have a flame that ties them together. Granted this one is less often seen.

Enormous bigger then your average tiger, typical orange and black stripes, female, wrathful, able to lick your skin off with a powerful tongue and breathes fire that engulfs everything, and she/it's a talker.

I'm assuming this is an entity that you have had contact with, either in meditation, dream, etc. Chances are it's a personal spirit guide. There are plenty of "undocumented" spirits that never made it into anyone's cultural mythology, but that can have personal significance. Keep in mind, also, that our imaginations can come up with some pretty intense experiences, and that something that has a very "real" presence in your head may not have an objective existence outside of your experiences. That doesn't make it "fake"--it just means that it's something specific to your subjective view of reality.
