I'd like to make a deck, and I've already started working on it's meanings and gettinmg the groupings together and placing this and that, using characters from my favorite anime, I'm curious to know how one would transfer the images onto cards?

There are multiple ways that it could be done. You could print them right onto card stock, and then cut them out. If you do that, I'd recommend laminating them afterwards to preserve them.

There are also blank Tarot decks available. You could draw directly onto them, or print the images on plain paper, glue it onto the card, and then have them laminated. The advantage there is that you don't have to worry about cutting all the cards to perfect size.

I think this is an amazing idea! I'd like to make one too now you've given me the idea...
I've always had trouble remembering the meanings behind each card, maybe designing my own deck could help me learn :D
