Hey there!!! I'm SaraLee a 33 year old woman from South Florida. I am following a pagan path, rather I am starting out on a pagan path after years of having no religion in my life. I was raised in a house where religion wasn't present, though I ws always told I was baptised Roman Catholic. The only church I ever went to was Vacation Bible School, so mom could have some peace and quiet over the summer. I am not sure where I stand in the pagan community, I find Wicca very appealing, (certainly not Silver RavenWolfs brand of Wicca- it seems so .... trite).
I am attracted to Paganism because I have always thought that it wouldn't be a God in charge, Rather a Goddess, a Great Mother. I am currently working on developing my spirituality, something that ws never fostered as a child. I am hoping to learn some stuff here, and make some friends with the same interests, because there really aren't alot of people I know that hold the same beliefs I do. I tried to check out a group called Witches MeetUp and it was more like a "trying to hook-up". I am not sure if I want to practice Wicca, or find a different Pagan path, I still am not sure what would suit me best, but I am sure that I am on the right track.
