I'm watching another THS episodes and it's about fad diets and they mentioned something about a diet plan that goes according to your astrological sign. Of course they said it had no scientific proof of working.
But I've never heard of it. Has anyone here heard of it? Have you tried it? Does it work?

I've heard of the cell salt theory before, but never any proof of it, or that diets based on it work.
As a Libra, I found it easiest to lose weight with somebody else making me exercise and not eat sugary foods or soda.

I don't drink a lot of soda but I find that my diet which is mostly refined sugars, carbs, and dairy. I should probably lay off of this some and eat more fruit.
When I got back home from a big shopping day, (meaning I went out of town) I was craving bananas. Not only did I have one banana but I had a second on on a sandwhich with just some mayo.
So apparently I need potassium today.

Added sugar is the enemy.
I lost ten pounds a while ago just by eating McDonalds a time or two less a week (I had a super-busy schedule then) and switching from Coke to Hi-C when I did eat there.

I actually don't go to McDonald's a lot and yesterday I went I had a late breakfast so I just had an oreo McFlurry instead of a cheeseburger and fries. Yes, fruit or yogurt would've been better. But I wanted a McFlurry.
