In need of prayers/protective energy

I just found out that a man with a history of sexual assault is having his mail forwarded (and possibly living) across the road from me. I am not one to normally judge but one of his victims was my best friend of 20 years and I, of course, was with her throughout the aftermath of the attack. She wasn't the first, nor the last. None of these women have chosen to press charges and so I have no proof to take to the landlord.
I'm concerned for my own safety but mostly for the two teenage girls who live next door to where his mail is going. Please send protective energy to the two girls. Their names are Emily and Eleanor. They are lovely young women the ages of 14 and 16 and I'm very concerned for them.

I wish I knew. In my friends case both myself and the E.R. Doctor begged her to file charges but she wouldn't. Now, almost a year later, she's heard of him doing it again and she feels guilty for not pressing charges back then.
