Just felt like having a rant and rave about my job.
(Like we all feel like that sometimes)

I hate one of the team leaders cos she dresses lake a tart, and gives you hassle for having one day where you haven't met your targets, I having to try and sell phone packages to people who don't need them, and having to deal with all the s**t from telesales when they can't be bothered explaining what they're selling, I hate getting hassle for having a pee (for goodness sake) because that means that I'm not taking calls, and I really hate having to explain the simplest things over and over and over to people who, quite simply amaze me that they manage to dial the numbers on their phone in the right order!

GRRRR:mad:    :flamer: :flamer:

Ahh feel better now, waiting on hearing back from an interview for I job that's much better, so fingers crossed....

And I'm sure there are worse jobs out there.

????Sounds like you and my sister-in-law might have been working for the same company???? (She doesn't work there anymore.) She had a supervisor who walked by and tapped her board when she hadn't sold enough (yes, phone packages). She too had the explaining thing to do. One of her biggest complaints was they rewarded the sales with sundaes, brownies, rich desserts and the like. She said that all her classmates were now over weight and working real hard to loss what they gained. Unfortunately that might be easier than they thought as the company is now downsizing. Luckily she got her new job before they cut her.

Hope your days get better.:bigredgri

LOL Flaire
And Witchy Cowgirl, I know what you mean, people come into our office slim....

It got really bad today, I almost cried!! 8O
The Tart's best friend Barbie B**ch gave me a massive dressing down for attending a training class 5 mins late because I was on a call, and my software was running slowly, then she humiliated me by saying that I'd missed too much and had to leave and get my class re-scheduled. 5 mins!!

If I see her outside work, I'm gonna cut off her hair extensions. Seriously. (well she looks stupid with them anyway, I'd be doing her a favour)

I'm not normally this angry and angsty, but the people who are prompted in that place must be promoted on basis of nastyness, as they'd get nowhere in any other occupation...

Ah yes, I worked for a telco company in Philadelhia , they were a Bell Atlantic Agent at the time, this was before verizon took over,,

I was a data systems specialist... My job was to actully put in the orders for the High end lines, like T-1 , Isdn, 56k, frame relay etc..

It was fun, yet stressfull, haveing to map out the circuit and then haveing to co-ordinate with COG and the POPs...

and the POP would not put the order in without a circuit number and sometimes Bell would not send a signal without a circuit number from Bell....

and of course, the sales people... "why cant we do frame relay"
when all they need is a Tline....

and .on and On....

It sounds like the people in your office are just on a power trip... which is why you catch them in the parking lot after work and show them who has the REAL power!! :evilway: Just Kidding!!!!!!!!

Anywho, sounds like a nasty job... note to self when looking for a job....

heheh :)

well yeah, I had to learn how to juggle,

I had to fend off the salespeople who didnt pay attention in Data communications class , they must have forgot that orders take time and even more time when you have to Bi@tch at Cog reps becasue they dont know what they are doing ...

and on the other hand, I had to worry about what I wanted for lunch, and makeing sure I had fresh coffee, and , LOL
