Good luck with the remodel - I hope you'll post pics when it's finished.
I'd die without a kitchen...

I'd love to see Before, During, and After pics, if you're not too crazy-tired after doing the actual work itself!

Oh, Beeeeen there. I had a 6 week old baby, a torn up kitchen, no sink (save for the one back in the laundry room, and 4 other kids to feed and care for. LOL...Its funny NOW, but it was not ha-ha at the time.

We gutted and renovated our entire house. I took before, during and after pictures and created a little e-book type thing with word. This way I have it to show people who ask (our house is drastically different now) and I can leave it for the next people who live here.

well - the appliances are gone- someone picked them up tonight.
the last load of cabinets are in the back of the truck- didn't make it to the dump before they closed today.
new appliances were delivered this morning- yay!
we're waiting until presidents day for the hardwood flooring place to put our floor on sale for .39 cents a sq. ft-- which is like feb. 18th...
then in march, we'll have the rest of the cabinets.
we're working on the drywall and new linen closet right now.
yay

I got my floor -- FINALLY. Took 2 trips a total of 14 boxes at 250 square feet for dining and kitchen.
We got our appliances a while back
we got our cabinets and they're piled everywhere.
We saw these new cabinets at the store-- that had 2 drawers on them-- got them instead of the plain 2 door/no drawer cabinets and guess what? the ones we got are 12 inches wider than the ones we were going to get orignally.
Sooooo --- we have to take out another part of the wall and we took out 2 other cabinets to make those fit-- less countertop than i wanted but ended up saving us about 700$ .... its just not perfect like i'd wanted... oh well...
now the problem is--- we need a new fridge -- ours is so small and WAY the wrong color-- so our pics will look kinda funny but you'll get the idea.
We're doing the electric tomarrow- running a new outlet for the fridge and one outside opposite the fridge outlet to plug our fence in-- we've had too many dogs escape the last 2 weeks!
then we'll tape and mud the sheetrock and then i'll paint! YAY!!
I'm hoping that by this weekend i can be staining the cabinets (saturday?) and install them sunday and UNPACK some of this crap!!
this along with the 4 other projects in the house-- we're exausted. We took a weekend off and went down to Arlington for a reptile convention-- loads of fun but the drive wore us out big time!!
anyway- pics soon!
