I have been struggling for the last two or more years now ( off and on) with being sick. Weather it be flu or colds. It seems like as soon as i get over one, i get another.
I have opted to stop getting my bi monthly vitamin shots from the doc, because they made me really tired and weak for a few days afterwards. Plus, I have a bad reaction to needles in general ( my veins turn colors)...
I have changed my diet and exercise routines already, but still find myself struggling with this.
For the last couple years I have been the moralsupport for my mom, who has taken over custody of my nephew when he was only a few months old, because of an addicted mother/father. She has come to depend on me for energy and support and I am not one to turn family away when they need the help as much as she does. She is an incredibly strong person, but even she can only do so much.


Also, if I could get everyone to help send " Job" energy to my husband ( also a member here.) He has a very important interview tomorrow that could change our lives drastically for the better.
I already have the house aglow with green candles! But the more energy the better!

And if you could send some energy to my brother who has seizures ( epileptic), who just started new meds ( he's 15 yrs old) and is trying to be a normal teenager. It's hard to do when you take 3 different kinds of meds at full adult dose, two times a day.

Thanks everyone, I appreciate it. I put in a tall order here, I know, but I need the help keeping the possitive energy flowing to my brother, husband, son and mother, when I am constantly at battle with my immune system.

Have you been depressed, stressed, or on an emotional roller coaster? Those things can weaken and wreak havoc on your immune system. You may just need some time to yourself to rejuvenate. Maybe set aside 30 mins a day of just me time to do things like pamper yourself. { Bubble bath, Power Nap, Do Your Nails, Take a walk, read a good book, etc.} The mental well being is connected with the physical on some levels.
