Any good Imbolc foods out there? What do you eat around this time of year? I think this year, I'm going to make some potato/leek soup. It's hearty, filling, warm, vegetarian and it has cream in it, so that's a nod to the dairy association. It's also good with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top or some good brown bread.

What do you guys do?

Well, it is a dairy time of year for me. I often associate Imbolc with savoury foods, but promised to bring something sweet to the ritual tomorrow. I'm planning to make a lemon cake, and then some lemon curd to go with everything and anything. I don't know why lemons, but when I thought of it, it just seemed right which is as good a reason as any I suppose :).
