Hi again! I am back from my wonderful sailing trip. It was absolutly incredible. I'm back home for a while. I should be posting more often.
But--i really wanted to tell everyone that when i was sailing back home, there were 2 days that we sailed during the night, the engines we off, the generator was off- and all you could hear was the waves against the hull. Thats not it though, when we were sailing, it was pitch black out in the ocean, absolutly dark. I looked up, and i saw stars. billions and billions of stars from horizon to horizon. it was so beautiful i got tears in my eyes. I even saw the arora borealis. (or however you spell it ) the milky way in other words...and it was fabulous...I began meditating and i could go into a trance very easily.
I love mother nature.
