Cleaning rock salt on wood floor?

I can't find any info for cleaning up dry rock salt on wood floor (there's salt powder stuck to my foyer floor, I didn't realize it was hiding under the solid salt DH tracked in). I already tried a mop & shine solution. Any ideas?

I use a dry swiffer, or even a light vacuum to get up as much dust as possible before I mop.

Oh I vaccuumed first. It's like a stain where it must've melted and then dried again into the floor.

Hmmm I wonder if orange oil would help.
