I know cystals carved a certain way can have different healing effects, like a pyramid or sphere, but I can't find anything on heart shaped stones. Any ideas?

no clue I got some heart shaped pendants from Czechwoods along while ago and I just use them like I would my other healing crystals.

Oh I forgot to add in case you do not know who Czechwoods is he is a member here and here are his links.

The heart-shape in minerals is actually pretty rare most of the time. I do have an amethyst agate slab that is a natural heart shape, but I've rarely seen anything else in that shape that wasn't cut to look that way. Hearts, whether natural or not, they're about healing and love, particularly self-love. I personally keep a labradorite heart with me to remind myself to care more about taking better care of myself.

Labradorite is a good stone for people trying to balance metabolism and addictive bad-habits and the heart shape often soothes me when I am feeling needy or upset and about to turn to food or other things for comfort.

like WitchyLady777 said , natural heart shapes are rare. I`m not to familar in using heart shaped stones for healing. I know heart shaped stones, specifically rose quartz ones are used in love spells.

It's not a natural shape. It's a carved piece of apatite shaped like one. I've been wanting to add apatite to my collection for a while now and I found a really pretty heart that I think I might get.

I've got a heart-shaped rose quartz, which is coincidentally the only rose quartz I can work with. I have a feeling it is the shape which allows me to form a bond with it. It has, so far, worked quite well in situations when I needed self-love or the reassurance things would work out between a loved one and myself.

I've got a heart-shaped rose quartz...

I have one as well. Mine is also man-made.

The fact that it is man-made, however, does not concern me. Just as it took work to carve the stone into the shape of a heart so too does love itself take a lot of hard work to prosper. Of course, this mindset may not work for those who believe all you need is love (something I've never been able to swallow).
