One of the cards is missing! And it is my fault for not taking care of them. Once I find the card, does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? A cleansing Ritual? Or Apology etc. etc.

This has happened to me recently. I just put it back in the deck, shuffled them and cleansed them :) Then, I have a couple of really forgiving decks. If you feel you should apologize though, then apologize :) It depends on how your deck responds to you :)

If you really feel a need to "apologize" then I would think the best way is what makes you feel more in tune with your deck. Whenever I feel I am out of sync with mine ( and there are many decks!) I find that wrapping them in my favorite silk and sleeping with them seems to set everything right :) hope this helps

Which card is out pouting? What is the significance of it?? Your sister didn't get ahold of your deck did she?? ;) Maybe you just haven't found the right deck yet! ;) .....and take care of those cards! lol

It is the Nine of Wands. I guess this is what happens when you share a room with a 10 year old girl-.- She has so much stuff she doesn't even need, so I had no where to put my Tarot cards! So I layed them on a crate and next time I looked they were all over the floor! So this is my fault this time, and I know I will find it in due course. Thanks for the help guys!:):):)

Nine of Wands definitely sounds like a message to me. You're cards are warning you to take better care of them or they are going to stop playing nice! :)

Know what I find useful to store my silk wrapped cards in?? A small, LOCKING cedar box! With curious hands about, it would be ideal for you, just don't lose the key! ;) They aren't very expensive and they keep little fingers out of them. :sunny:

You may get a chuckle out of this but here goes anyway.... I have found that the older snap lid pencil boxes work well for protecting my larger decks and oracles, I just found purple ones and decorated them with funky "sun, moon and stars" mac tac. My regular sized decks; I have stored them in the collector tins from pot of gold, they fit 6 decks snuggly and safely. I get my silk at second hand stores, $1.50 - $4.00 for shirts. I find the men's shirts are much higher quality silk and easier to work with. Yes.. I admit it, I'm a deck addict.. and I:heartthro :heartthro :heartthro every single one!:)
