The problem with saying, "Pagans believe XYZ," is that pagans are such a varied people, we believe in MANY things. We also disbelieve in many things.

You couldn't say that all pagans believe in a god and goddess, nor could you say that all pagans believe in faeries.

So yes, SOME pagans believe in angels. But not ALL pagans believe in angels. If that helps.

Phooey. We all know that all Pagans worship Satan and offer babies as tribute to his infernal majesty.

generally no we don't, instead, the belief in spirit guides take charge here, which can have many similarities, the big difference is that while guardian angels what over you, spirit guides do more, you can interact and learn from them.

however, you have to understand that Pagan, is such a widely used term that actually applies to many paths, it is a grouping..

there are many types of Paganism, and these can (and often) branch out even further..... for example Wicca is considered Pagan, but there are many variations of wicca itself...

some of these paths have things to do with Angels, such as Enochian (I think that the right term) Magick, also know as Angel Magick and by extension.... Enochian Wicca.

the point that I'm trying to get across is that while many Pagan paths aren't related to angels, Paganism is not anti-angel, and there is no reason why you can't incorporate them in your practice :)

hope that helps :)

I personally do believe in angels and sometimes work with them for protection or healing. It's not something every Pagan believes in, but it has always worked for me and that is ultimately what matters most.

Thelemites do, I believe.

As for 'yes we do' and 'no we don't', thats just silly. Pagan is such a massive umbrella term that you just cannot say that! xD

I agree with what both patch and Sequoia said, Pagans believe in many different things so no one can speak for Pagans about what we all believe.

As for me, I do believe they exist and kind of like their mythology too, and I believe in a wide variety of other supernatural beings too.
