MM,
the pink's not too bad, but i liked the grey better. maybe blue would be good. not that i am putting down the pink. it is much more exciting than other forums.

Ahhhh...everyones a critic. I put in the more "pink" theme to go along with the new site design. The grey monotone did not go well with the new look...

And it was depressing!

 I thought everyone liked it...

it's nice but we cant choose the best until we have seen other colours too. how about changing it to blue then acouple of days later green then purple then red then we will chose the one we think looks the best.
or is that really complecated to do?? if it is, let's just stay with the pink. i like it.

Its not complicated, but to stay in the theme of the site this is it. I might try changing around the colors different ways but this color scheme is the only one that adheres to the new design.

The boards appear, at least to me, as a separate entity from the main pages of Mystic Wicks. It opens into a new window, thus, giving the effect of a separate site...

I agree, the pink adheres to the main content pages of the site, but can be a bit different should you choose.

You should consider changing the colors in relation to the Wheel of the Year, kind of a holiday motiff... but that's just my opinion.

Now that is a great idea...spoken from the person who has nothing to do with the work behind such a venture!!!

Hey, I think it looks pretty snazzy right now! Then again, I am the chick who, back in the 80s as a teen, painted her room purple ... and wore only pastel blue, purple and (yes) pink. LOL!

ROTFLMAO! Well, to my eyes (and I am legally blind!), it appears purple. What does everyone else see?

Yes, you did!! And me too ~ Totally guilty as charged.

The pc's we used in my high school were "top of the line" Tandy color pcs! LOL! *snort* We thought we had the world at our fingertips. *now we're cooking with gasoline! whooo!!* The journalism lab was outfitted with Apple11e's. And at home, I had a VIC-20 and a Commodore 64. ;-) Then, I got into college ~ and the journalism lab there had WANGs. Yes, WANGs. LOL! *rotflmao!*

The little thread that could?

Sheesh. :)

When I was in grade school, I used to go to church every weekend because afterwards I was allowed to spend the rest of the ay at the library and check out as many books as I could carry.
Back then I used to dream of a way to find out information at all hours of the day and night at your finger tips. Although the akashic records were available, I didn't know about them. Next thing you know grandmother spider is running with all this know how and the http://www.is everywhere!
Even now I have more books than anything else in this house. The very first thing I purchased when we moved in was a massive bookcase which take up a wall in the living room.
I can't recall the pc's they had in high school, but in college I started out with an AT&T 8083 pc and the one I have now has 2 extra drives just to put info in!

I don't know about anyone else, but we didn't have computers in my school. It was a little rinky dink middle/high school all roled up in one. 524 students grades 7 thur 12. We had a lot of fun though. But let me tell you, ever since i've been invited to this site i'm hooked. You people crack me up!!!!!!

You think you got it bad. I come in from working all weekend and I can hardly hold my eyes open...what do I do? Check in and see whats going on in the community. Good thing I only work on the weekends so I can keep up, or else I would never get any sleep. My posts wouldn't make any sense then! Shut-up Mol!!

Tell me about it! I'm glad I have internet access at work so that I can just sit back and watch the goings on, snickering quietly to myself as the boss walks by. :) Makes the day go by faster anyway...
