What's your experience with this phenonom?

I believe I had an interesting experience once that I'm rethinking about now but I won't elaborate yet because it's kind of adult natured, and I need a PG-13 way to say it:T

I'm in the middle of a fight with one of the girls I was talking about on www.theinternetforum.net/royalforum (http://www.theinternetforum.net/royalforum). She says I'm insane but if you could only read her posts and the PMs she's sent me, you'd realized she was crazy :lol:

And she's driving me so crazy that I want to make illegal threats to her but won't :lol: In short I want to say some things that would make me sound crazy and confirm her beleifs to the utmost degree.

But hey, all this craziness will pass soon, I'm about done with that stupid forum and girls crazier than me yet they give me the "craziest post" reward.

I think I may have had an experience with this in a dream. Really weird dream:

I had a dream that my name was too long. My name is Jacqueline (I go by Jackie, though), and in my dream, my full name was made physical and its form was at the base of my spine. I thought it was part of my genitals or something. It was very long and bloody, and I remember coiling it up and sticking it in my pants so no one would see it. I was VERY ashamed. The shame was ridiculous. The blood ended up soaking through my pants and I was worried everyone would know it was there.

It was basically like a flesh-toned snake. It didn't have a head or anything. I basically had a tail

I figured it symbolized some shame associated between sex and my identity, which would make sense. But I've never forgotten that dream and when I read the Wikipedia entry on this, I was like, "oh my gosh, that sounds just like my dream!"

has something to do with chakras or some sort of energy doesn't it Kundalini energy. Something to do with both sexual energy and all sorts of survival instincts if memory serves me corrextly.

As far as I know, Kundilini energy is really difficult to get to rise. Last I heard it takes many many years to open this part of the self up and if done too soon can cause a lot of illness and other such things to the body. But I read that years ago and I'm not an expert on it.

As far as I know, Kundilini energy is really difficult to get to rise. Last I heard it takes many many years to open this part of the self up and if done too soon can cause a lot of illness and other such things to the body. But I read that years ago and I'm not an expert on it.

From what I have been told by others, it is supposed to enhance your personal body and chakra ability. It does take years but the result is a more better person in mind, body and ego.

If you are a nice person you become more in tune with yourself. If you have a agressive type of attitude, it will enhance that part. Some call it an upgrade. But it is a rewiring of all the body natural energy flow. Sort of an old house getting the mains rewired. It can have benifits, but it can drown you in everything and make you feel bad from the experirnce.

But if people are willing to try it, then by all means.

Kundalini energy is basically the energy we all carry that links us to the greater Universal picture, if you will. If you know how, you can access it at any time, but it does take practice and only masters are linked in all the time.

I used to take a class of Kundalini Yoga, which was more meditative and focused on the chakra points as well as the physical benefits of yoga and I loved it. I can't find it offered anywhere in my current state, or I would take it once a week. We always started off by doing an exercise that would help uncoil the Kundalini energy, which lay coiled at the base of your spine, like a snake.

This place also offered a class called Kundalini of Sound, which at the end of the yoga class had a 30 minute gong meditation - I was only able to take twice due to work scheduling, but those were the two most intense, unexplainable meditations I've ever had in life. One was a past life regression and the other was....strange, but when I left the class, I sat in my car and sobbed like a baby for about twenty minutes.
