You know what really helps? If you include the position meanings.

You're right. I'm still trying to interpret the position and the cards. I really start to get the hang of those card a bit.

Ok, Here the card position meaning for the Gypsy Wish Spread:
The key card represent the person who chose the card.
Card 1-3 position is what surrounds you. Meaning the three first cards concerned the condition of the wish.
Card 4-6 position is your wish. It represent the goal of the representer wish.
Card 7-9 is what opposes you. The three cards means what against your wish. However if all three card in this position are all positive then no opposition takes place.
Card 10-12 is what you will realize. This position means what the three card show what the representer realize. In other words if the wish will going to happen or not.
Card 13-15 is what will come into your life. This position means if the wish will come true for the final outcome.
If the 9 of cups was in the gypsy wish card and if upright you'll get the wish. If it's reversed well it's not going to happen.

1. Knight Of Wands
2. Ace Of Wands
3. 4 Of Swords
One wand a-moving, one wand a-starting, and no feet a-walking. Lots of thinking, lots of gallavanting about with ideas and fantasies, but the four of swords says "Who cares if you sleep late? Relax!" so you say "Ok!".
The energy around you is lots of thought, but no actual movement towards your goal. You're sort of hoping that if you think about it enough, it'll land in your lap.
Card 4-6 position is your wish. It represent the goal of the representer wish.
4. Strength
5. 2 Of Swords Reversed
6. 3 Of Cups
Strength makes this a bit confusing, but the other two cards are crystal clear - whatever it is you really want, you're asking too much. 2 of Swords inverted is a clear lack of balance, and the 3 of cups in this kind of context is more about party time than seeking a commitment. My guess here is that strength, ie discipline, is what you'd need to get close to your wish, but your expectations are working against it.
Card 7-9 is what opposes you. The three cards means what against your wish. However if all three card in this position are all positive then no opposition takes place.
7. The Moon Reversed
8. Queen Of Cups
9. The Star
To put it bluntly, the first thing opposing you is that you're, well, less than fully truthful. The Moon Inverted said it, I didn't. You're prone to stretching the truth to make yourself look better, but I'm not getting anything direct about whether or not you're any good at it. The fact that it's an obstacle to a Valentine's date, though, sort of tells me that it's obvious to anyone listening. Like, "Napoleon Dynamite Hunting Wolverines" obvious.
The Queen of Cups here gives me another big clue. My first guess is that you still live with your parents, or at least your mother, because this card represents a very strong, but very caring, feminine energy. To see that as an obstacle tells me that either you're already attached (or someone else thinks of themselves attached to you), or that your mother or another female authority figure who cares about you will get in the way of your stated goal.
The Star is usually a pretty good card, but as an obstacle, it reinforces cards 4-6 in that you're expecting/asking for too much too quickly. Your over-the-moon, shoot-for-the-stars hopes will cause you to overlook something just as good but more down to earth than your fantasies.
Card 10-12 is what you will realize. This position means what the three card show what the representer realize. In other words if the wish will going to happen or not.
10. 6 Of Swords
11. Death
12. The Lovers
Ouch. The short answer is "Not without a lot of work". The 6 of Swords is a card about journies and travel, and Death is the card of great, sudden, often painful change. The Lovers in this context tells me that you can achieve this goal, but only if 1: you're willing to go well out of your way, and maybe look in some unorthodox places, and 2: you initiate within yourself a major attitude adjustment about your life, your goals, your goals for a relationship, and your veiws on just about everything. Death is not a card that says "change the color of your carpet", it's a card that says "Prepare to have everything contextually relevant to this spread get seriously jacked up." It also looks you right in the eye and says "So just how bad do ya want this?"
Hooyah, Death.
Card 13-15 is what will come into your life. This position means if the wish will come true for the final outcome.
13. The World
14. Ace Of Cups
15. Page Of Pentacles
Hey, if you do the work, and all this good mojo happens, it'll be fan-freaking-tastic for you. The World is the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one, the Ace of Cups is a new emotional awakening, and the Page of Pentacles is almost always some kind of great news about physical and material well-being, and hell, in this case, maybe even saying there's a kid in your (distant) future.
Or maybe it's attempting to describe the mate you'll be finding after you've gotten the groundwork laid. A young, down-to-earth, idealistic young lady, perhaps? But nothing like what you'd be expecting, as per the first 9 cards or so.
Just don't get your eyes fixed on your paycheck before you've accepted the job and worked the assembly line until payday, if you know what I mean.
