Hi Tarajane...
Congrats on the baby!
The usual herbs for morning sickness or any kind of nausea are peppermint, ginger, cinnamon. You can try these as teas by itself or a mixture. My sister had really bad morning sickness with her 2nd child right through the whole pregnacy. The first one was no problem - she was sick for a few months - but with the 2nd...she couldn't even brush her teeth without getting sick. We tried all the above in teas & capsules, candied ginger, fresh ginger, peppermint candy, everything. Nothing worked for her. She finally had to go on the medication her Dr recommended.
Under folk remedy, raw or cooked cabbage sauerkraut juice. Tea made from peach tree leaves is another old folk remedy. Tea made from raspberry leaves is another on to try. This one sounds tastier than the other ones! :)
It's going to be a bit of trial & error to find something that will work for you. Good luck!

MM tarajane:)
When I was pregnant I would get afternoon sickness. Around mid afternoon it would start and last into the evening (ugh!) One thing that helped with the queasiness in the morning was having regular saltine crackers right by my bed and eating a few before getting up. Something to do with just getting a little something in your stomach to settle it before the nausea starts. I also drank a lot of raspberry iced tea during the day and that helped too. Good luck!

All I can say is good luck to you. I had morning sickness all day, all through my pregnancy. You do in some way get rather used to it. I tried all the above and nothing worked. But ensure that you eat every few hours, it does help a little.

A good friend gave me this remedy--smell a fresh cut lemon before getting out of bed also crackers eaten slowly before getting up usually helps--and hopefully soon the morning sickness will fade. Congrats!!!

My boss at work is having trouble with morning sickness I gave her a little vial of peppermint oil and advised her to drop a dab on the tip of her nose as she starts to get queasy. She loves it and swears it works.
Best of luck with your baby!! Enjoy him/her...;) :)

It's also supposed to help strengthen your uterus muscles. How far along are you tarajane? I just reached my 2nd trimester! Second baby! Congratulations, and if you need anything don't hesitate to ask! Many blessings to you, Alphyna
