I have several most of them I've made by just compiling instrumentals that I like from soundtracks. Heisei (which is Japanese for Peace) I made for general meditations. Ecco the Dolphin which works great for all water type meditations, and Kitsune Magick which works well for when I'm working with my Kitsune friends. I also have Sacred Earth Drums, Inner Sounds of Tibet, and several meditation type walk throughs like The Witch's Shield, one on Tibetan syllables, and Animal Meditation. What about the rest of you guys?

I have meditation music... some of it was actually meant for my "Tai Chi stuff", but it works better for meditation. I generally don't have music on while I'm in deep meditation, though, because it serves as a distractor.

I actually have this meditation CD that is supposedly written a certain way to help you achieve a theta state more readily. Most likely pseudoscience nonsense, but the music is really pretty, and definitely helps set a mood when I want to do some guided meditation.

Iacutally have to get my cds replaced, but I have several that are a part of the Reflctions series that is made here in Canada. They have flute, Drums, Japanese music and a lot more ... I will see if I can find the exact titles and post more soon :D

I don't have any specific 'meditation CDs' per se but I have several podcast eps for meditations and some music tracks that work well for it. Most of the time My audio track for meditation is wind rustling through the leaves, the sounds of birds chirping, or squirrels digging around on the ground. :)

I have a CD of ocean sounds from the Alpha Relaxation Solution. Somehow when I bought it, I imagined it would help me slip right into alpha. It hasn't worked yet, maybe my concentration isn't what it used to be.
Has anyone else tried these alpha, delta wave ones, and do you think that they work?

I use lots of drumming for meditation. I have cd's and I also do the drumming myself on certian occasions. It depends on what I am trying to achieve. I also have some guided meditation cd's that I used a lot when I was learning to meditate. Very useful. I do also have a few meditation cd's that are made by an American Indian, I love those.

I have the christopher penzak meditation cd's. If I feel stuck and can't get myself to relax, I use them. They work pretty well. Otherwise, music and other meditation stuff distracts me mostly. My best way to meditate is to open the window and listen to the wind and birds. It is nice to have a guided meditation from time to time tho!

I have a few tapes I used to use for certain meditations. But since I do not have a tape player anymore I have changed styles. I also have one guided cd but that I only use once in a great while if I can't seem to settle down.
I was never taught by my master to meditate with music. His way was very different. If I am doing a meditation during ritual I will most likly use music to help build energy. I also have some chant cds i will use for this.

I don't but I just found many meditation podcasts through iTunes and I can hardly believe my luck. They are free to listen to and several discuss meditation along with Buddhist and Taoist concepts, or simply teach people how to meditate. Awesome!
