I don't mean to be rude, but sometimes it's best to learn the meanings of the cards before you start reading ;) Or, you need to look at the cards and figure out what they mean to you for your situation.
You make no reference to layout, so we can't help you with what they mean in there positions, and I'm not sure what you mean by "popped out."

We need to know what the meaning of each position is. This helps draw together the reading and bring out the "story" in the cards.
The best way to interpret cards is to look at each one individually first. Find something in the picture on the card that keeps drawing your eyes back to you or stimulate a feeling or thought. This is your key for the card. Then you just have to figure out what that particular things means to you. For example: a Dove: for me, it would mean: peace, freedom, love, purity, spreading my wings, survival, the end of hardships.....ect. Then relate that to the position the card was in, whether it was career, the future, yourself, love, obstacles.....etc.
Take your time and write it all down. Sometimes this helps draw out your intuition and interpretations.....and then you can always go back later to check for accuracy or how things may have been misinterpreted. :D
Always pay particular attention to cards that pop out of the deck at you. But remember, they may not have anything to do with the question that you have asked of the cards. These cards are the things that your sub-concious/higher self/or the cards if you will, want/need to you be aware of and take into consideration. :D
