eek! problems!!

Lately, i haven't been able to tell the difference between visions comng to me, or daydreams! this weird to me, usually, the visions are clear and precise, but now, i can't seem to tell the difference! HELP!! I can't even receive messages from my animals! htey're all twisted, or wrong when i get them. if i get them! help!!!!!
