well I was gonna tell u about my new guitar but something just happened...:( I was chewin on my pick and I had to yawn so I opened my mouth and when I inhaled, my pick went down my throat and got stuck, so I had to swallow it... I don't think it will hurt me cause its just plastic but ohwell... Now on to better news!@ My new guitar is in the mail!!! Oh yes!!!! *gets up and dances around the room* It should be here on Thrusday or Friday! I got a deal on it, I got it like half off from this company online. I saw it at the local music store for about $380 I think and being how I'm poor I couldn't afford it, but I found it for like a little over $200. If I can find a camera I'll post some pics of me with it, maybe a sound byte or two also, if I can fix my mic. Hurray for me!:boing: :boing::boing::boing::boing:

Awesome.. new guitars are always good. The next one I wanna get is an Ibanez PGM30... Musicians Friend has it on sale right now for $594.99.... thats a damn good deal.. list price is $799.99. Now all I need is a rich friend who wants to buy me a guitar. ;)

Yeah I got an Ibanez right now and the neck can't be beat on it, it slides so smooth. I've had it for allmost 2 years now and nothings happened to it. Ibanez makes real good guitars.

Yeah.. I'm an Ibanez girl. I like a few Fender models, too. Peavey makes great amps.. but the guitars leave a bit to be desired. My first guitar was a Peavey Raptor... it was cheap and the minute I played anything hard on it, it went out of tune... but hey, if it weren't for that guitar, I'd have never learned how to play anything. :)

Uh oh, that pick thing isn't good, but congrats on the guitar, lol. My beau got me chewing on my pics, but I don't do it too often because I tend to mangle them up until they are hard to use, lol. He doesn't care, his picks are all destroyed.
...I have yet to swallow one, though, lmao! :D
Have fun with the new guitar. Guitars are fun. :p

I never liked fenders, they sound to high pitched for me. And yeah Peavey makes great amps, I'm either gonna get a Peavey or Marshall amp. I don't know yet but its gonna cost me some major $$$

I have a really cheap guitar that my parents bought me for my 15th birthday... but hey, it's a guitar, and we're broke as hell anyway. If it plays music, it's good enough for me. Plus it's a cute little thing. :)

Yeah, I have to buy anything about guitars thats over like $40, so I have to start to save my money again. My parents wouldn't let me get a job because I wouldn't be responsible with the money, but then when I need something like strings or I wanna add some new pickups or something they say, "well do YOU have any money?" with that little special voice that makes me feel dumb. Then I yell at them for not letting me get a job.

Hehe my parents are making me get a job, 'cause they're sick of me begging for their money.

If you get the money together.. get a Peavey 5150 Halfstack..... beautiful amp.
Yeah. I agree about Fenders... but I like the Richie Kotzen signature Strat and Tele.... beautiful instruments, beautiful tone.
I vote you always go for DiMarzio pickups and Ernie Ball strings... and Dunlop Tortex picks... cause thats what I use.. and I think they all rock. ;)

its here!!! Whoo Hoo!!! Its all shiny and pretty... And the buckers have some sweet sounds to em, but I'm gonna replace them when I get the money with either EMG's cause my uncles freind has some and they sound really nice or some seymor duncans. Dunno yet... It depends on how much money I can get. I wish I had a camera! I can't find my sisters kodac poloriod!!! crap... Ohwell it pretty and shiny so thats all that matters. Well to get a good idea on what it looks like its shaped like an LP.
