uh...my massage therapist....

I was so mad when I went for my massage therapy visit on monday. My therapist is always wonderful but I don't frequent him often bc of the cost and all.

Anyhoo...:(

I just made some small talk with him and asked how his wife and child were and he goes to tell me that they were getting a divorce...and throughout my massage I heard bits and pieces of the whole ordeal. (I do know of his wife through an aquaintence (sp?)) So my body of course picked up on his negative energy and I feel like crap and have a stuffy nose now.

After learning about Wicca and beginning to take my path I have found out exactly what being an empath is all about. I have always known I was one, but I am so AMAZED at how aware I am of my body and spirit and the world that surrounds us.

Gosh what took me so long to get here? [beating head on keyboard]

Thanks you guys for listening. Now back to my merlot....

Next time you might try shielding yourself with protective energy. Your therapist shouldn't have dumped on you, but helping professionals are human, too ~ and you did ask ;)

yep you are totally right....next time I will keep my mouth shut and pretend I am asleep and enjoying my massage!!!!
