I have been sick since Friday... diarrhea, throwing up, cold sweats, etc. I slept for like 20 hours yesterday, and today I have only been long enough to eat a bowl of rice and drink a can of Ginger Ale (all of which just came back up... and went right through me) My stomach hurts soooooo bad, it's all in HUGE knots. Owwww and I have a HUGE dehydration headache, but when I drink something, it doesn't stay in my body. I am sooooooooooo weak and I am sweating like a pig but my teeth are chattering I am so cold.

Sounds like you should see a doctor... My mom thinks it's just a bug... and doctors won't really do anything for a bug... will they? I am getting better. I am still queasy as all get out, my stomach is still in knots, and I'm really weak and dehydrated..... but I haven't thrown up and anything since yesterday morning.

Its good you're getting better.
The thing is, no the drs can't necessarily do anything for a bu, but they can help with the dehydration. I had a vomiting bad case of terrible food poisoning or flu when I was in high schoo, couldn't keep liquids down either, had to be put on an IV to keep hydrated long enough for my body to fight the bug.
Also, they can give anti-nausea medications if necessary. Can't (necessarily) give medications to fight the bug, but can provide medications to supress the symptoms that interfere with the body fighting the bug....
Though, if its food poisoning, antibiotics can be useful and are sometimes absolutely necessary.
Hope you continue with a swift recovery. Get as much fluid as you can keep down, and soup broth is alwaysgood.

Quick update:
I ate some mashed potatoes for dinner last night (cuz all I had eaten for 2 days was crackers an I felt like I was gonna turn into a cracker!) ...
and I thought nice bland mashed potatoes would be ok, right? WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't get a wink of sleep last night, because my stomach hurt too bad. I have not actually gotten sick since eating the mashed potatoes,
but my stomach is in HUGE knots, it's got BAD cramps, and it's churning like you would not believe.
Now, I have a bad headache and I don't know if it's from not sleeping, or not eating, or if I'm still dehydrated, or if it's just another migraine.
WHY ME????? :(

Why you? Um, cos you wont go to a doctor, where they have friendly stuff like lactated ringers, phenegran and Dextrose IVs. Trust me, 1-2 liters of D5LR IV at 500ml/hr and 25 of Phenegran IV and you'd be feeling fit enough to dance and sing. Plus with food poisoning, appendicitis and half a dozen other maladies, you NEED medical care to live.
Go to the doctor. LOL. Gogogo. Or you are gonna pass out sweetie. And possibly smack your noggin, and have stitches or a concussion. So go!~nudges your sick self to call someone to drive you~ Cos you are in NO SHAPE to drive.

I can't afford an ER visit (my insurance is a piece of shit and pays for next to nothing)

You dont hafta go to an ER.... look for Urgent Care Clinics, they are like a doctors office, but for walk in visits.

GRRRR... sometimes I can't stand my mom.
I just called her to see if she s=would take me, and she asked me what I ate...
when I told her she starts bitchin... "well you know butter and milk aren't good for a upset stomach"
Ok... it was 1/3 cup of milk and 2 TBSP of butter... I didn't think it would make that big a difference! *sigh* guess I was wrong.
Oh... and she can't take me cuz she is "busy" (wouldn't say with what though)... I think she just doesn't think I need to go.
And I know my mother-in-law is working today, so is my father-in-law... my dad is sick. And I don't have any friends to call.
Guess I'll just go back to bed and try to sleep it off.

I spent the night at my in-laws last night. My MIL made me some home-made chicken soup and I had some yogurt. Today, my stomach still hurts like you would not believe, but I am not sick!!!!

Don't you worry, you'll get over it. Pretty much everyone in my whole family had the same thing. :)
Energy sent. I waved my arms in the air and squinted my eyes and all.
