Pets and all we mad it. Of course after we arrived the cats broke into the mice tank and ate my mice and 3 days after we got here my son's fish died but they survived the trip! We have a lovely but small cabin here in Pennsylvania and just got our phone yesterday. Hopefully we will get our stove today! I'm so glad I have a microwave! The mice ate the wires for our stove so it's being replaced. We're glad to be back.

I am glad you made it safely!!!Before you know it you will be all settled in.Make sure you have some lemonade on hand!!!LOL!!!

I have imaginary lemonaid in my imaginary pitcher. I forgot mine in storage back in California thankfully a friend is bringing that stuff to me in August. lol at least I remembered the kids.

it certainly was an adventure I'd not want to repeat any time soon! I traveled with my zoo and survived!

congratulations yvonne, glad to hear you mostly made it o.k., good luck in the new place. did you bring california weather with you? they're breaking records left and right for warm weather this early around here.

I can't believe you guys actually made it!!!! Congratulations to you, Itchy Man, and the kids! Which state did you leave your sanity behind in? Sorry to hear about the mice and fish... :( I take it Precocious made it just fine as well as the now well fed cats. ;) As for getting msn messenger, it's up to Dad. I can ask though. We are in Swiftwater near Tannersville and Stroudsburg close to the New Jersey border. The cabin is a converted motel cabin so it's a bit small but 1 year isn't so bad. We also have the use of a 14 by 14 storage shed on the property so that helps a lot. Hand washing is what we will be doing a lot of so if anyone has tips please post them. Anyone living close enough to visit is welcome to do so we are always happy to have friends stop by. Life is definitly keeping us on our toes. I really am glad to be back. This place is like a second home to me.
