Um as someone who has lived in the same city as a Six Flags Theme Park her entire life... they have a LOT of unsafe rides. The Rattler, for example, was pretty dangerous.

Seriously, though, they maintenance workers need to have some action done gainst them... but at the same time they need to do inspections to make sure things like this just don't happen.

The girl and her family are suing the park, claiming it failed to maintain the ride and equipment and ensure riders' safety. In court filings, the amusement park has denied liability in the accident.

Seriously?! How can they deny liability?! It seems clear their negligence caused this girl to lose part of her leg. If I was her, I'd be PO'd. And I'd make sure I took that park for a whole lotta money!

(Not that it will make up for what happened, of course.)
