Chary enters the temple consisting of one room at the moment, her blonde hair lying loose across her face, a dim glow emanates from the six candles that burn on the altar,

Black to dispel the negativities in her life and banish all hurtful energies

Yellow for communication and creative imagination

Blue for healing, truth and inspiration

Red for strength

2 white candles for purity and peace

Sekhmet my mother, and bast my beloved
I create this temple for you,
This room will be dedicated specifically for you.
Sekhmet mother, bless me
Bast beloved Bless me

Sekhmet Mother, on your sacred day, the day of you repulsion to set i offer you this hymn.

Oh Sekhmet, Netjert and Destroyer of the enemies of Ra,
Netjert most Mighty, How Glorious, How Splendid Thy Form,
Oh Lioness of the Sekhmet, Destroyer, Preserver, Healer,
Be thou as a Flame and Protection around me!
Holder of the Tablets of Destiny,
Thy Brilliant Pylons Illumine the Noon Sun,
Holy Eye of Ra, sent forth to do his bidding.
Netjert of 100 names,
With thy Illumination, Light this Hall and Home,
Enfold with thy Rays, Cast off the Evils of Apep!
Devourer of the Unjust, Judge Thee the Great Quarrel as Tehuti has!
O Terrible Netjert! Thy Sekhem Insurmountable,
Wife of Ptah, O Wonderous Warrioress, end Thee my Strife, My Afflictions
My Living Netjert,
As the World must kneel before thy Splendor!
As the World is fertilized with thy Sekhem,
Revealer of my Khu, No sickness may I be in,
Revealer of my Khat, No illness may I be in,
Revealer as the Utchat, May no enemies be before me,
Mother Mighty, I stand before thy Throne,
Prostrate am I before thee and the Netjeru,
My heart is now revealed to Thee!
My mind is now revealed to Thee!
Every part of me is illuminated and revealed,
Before Thee no unclean things may stand!
Before Thee no Illness may stay!
Before Thee, Great Devourer, no enemy may hold sway!
Irresistable, Fierce, O Potent One!
I am filled and drunk with Thee!
I am illuminated as thy Sekhem touches me!
Thou art the Ray that fills my Heart,
Thou art the Ray that fills my Head,
Thou art the Ray that fills my Khu!
As I am filled with Thee,
I am totally Thine.
O Holy breath of the Desert Winds,
Sekhem of Light of Two Lands,
Thou hast Protected me,
Thou hast Healed me,
Thou art my Living Netjert.
I art thy Living Child!
Great Sekhmet, whos Uraeus holds the serpent
Great Awakener, Great Holder of Thy own Mysteries,
Netjert whos Feast is our enemies,
Who upon which Ye doth stand on their Tombs,
Where upon thy illumination, is the Barque of Million of Years,
The Uas and Ankh art thine own,
The Tet and Plume art thine own,
The Scarab only illumines as of Thy Rays,
Holder of Mine own Khu,
Mine own Ka and Ba adore Thee...
Oh Sekhmet, Netjert of 100 names.

Chary stands and feels the wind from the open window caress her skin, she kneels to her mother, is blessed and stands.

As she turns from the altar of Sekhmet she walks to the altar of bast.

Beloved, i offer to you a prayer, may you accept and offer me your love

Mother of the gods, the One, the Only
Mistress of the Crowns thou rulest all.
Tearer is Thy name when Thou art wrathful,
Bast, beloved, when Thy people call.

Daughter of the Sun with flame and fury
Flashing from the crown upon Thy foe
Safely sails the Boat with Thy protection
Passing scatheless where Thy fires glow.

Daughter of the Sun the burial chamber
Lies in darkness till Thy light appears.
From Thy Throne of Silence send us comfort,
Bast, beloved, banish all our fears.

Mother of the gods no gods existed
Till Thou camest there and gave Them life.
Sekhmet of the Boat the wicked fear Thee
Trampling down all evil and all strife.

Mother of the gods, the Great the Loved One
Winged and mighty unto Thee we call
Naming Thee the Comforter, the Ruler
Bast, beloved, Mother of us all.

Chary kneels, is blessed, stands and exits her temple feeling refreshed.

Please note this thread is for people leaving blessing to Bast or Sekhmet at my online temple only, thankyou ***soft smile***. Also these hymns were genorously supplied by a friend of mine
