Hey guys! It's been a week since the surgery and I'm slowly on the mend. I'm having lots of terrible pain but I'm using all the stones that were recommended to me a while back for joint and ligament healing. So far I'm liking the rhodonite turtle I got the best. I actually have a really neat connection to it and I had it next to my hospital bed. I think it got so stressed with me being in so much pain that part of its little foot broke off. I still love it but I'm gonna be extra careful when I use it from now on. The same thing happened to my rose quartz turtle too! It's so strang. Right now I'm having a really hard time with the depression. It just hit me out of the blue yesterday. I felt this overwhelming sadness and a feeling of helplessness. Today all I wanna do is cry but all I can seem to get out is a little bit of choking up when I talk to my boyfriend. I really wanna be able to release this emotion and just let it out and I wanted to see what stone I could use to help facilitate that as well as create a calming "it's going to be ok" feeling. Any suggestions and happy, healing karma would be so greatly appreciated!
