need a little help please

My anxiety and depression are getting the better of me. I can't help but imagine the worst scenario and it's killing me. I can't focus, and I can't stop crying. Please, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I don't want to go into the whole sordid story right now, but this situation is really getting the better of me, I have not felt this rotten in quite a long time and it's really kind of scary. I thought I had a better handle on myself by now, but it seems I am right back where I started, again.
