My friend's chart is BIZARRE. What does it mean?

I'm not really an astrologer, more like an avid fan, but his chart looks positively bizarre to me...

Any ideas on what this means? (See attached image)

I don't get why you'd think it was especially bizarre so I can't respond to that but at a cursory glance I notice that He's got a scorpio ascendant which is ruled by a mars that is in pisces. This makes a very reticent kind of fellow. A dreamer. Though on the surface he might seem laidback and easy going it actually belies some intense emotions beneath.

Bizzare is relative. :)
It doesn't look that odd or unusual to me.

Then again with Venus/Saturn rising in Scorpio he might just seem bizzare. He plays his cards close to the chest with that setup . . . .

It just looks bizarre to me, the way everything is laid out. Like I said, though, I'm no astrologer - I have no idea what it all means.

I see what you mean about how it looks. I would think it looks kinda empty. But my chart is like that. Half of it is totally blank.

I don't know myself but I was sure there was info around the forum about having all your planets to one side - there is a bit on http://astrology.findyourfate.com/astrology-planetsinhemispheres.htm and if you google you can find some info as well. As far as I can tell it just suggests a strong showing in some aspects, an extreme concentration.
