I don’t know if any of you here have been reading Wren’s Nest on Witchvox.com and have read this, but I thought I would pass it on either way.

Article... ALERT: Possible Kansas Child Predator May Be Targeting Pagan Children

http://www.witchvox.com/wren/wn_detail.html?id=4730

It’s about this guy that is seemly using a yahoo pagan/witch/witchcraft/wicca group to lure this girl, her sister and friend to him… and is using others to keep an eye on them for him. This is a serious matter, and the police are involved and doing all they can to catch this guy.

Just a note: I think from reading that poorly laid out article, that the children referenced don't actually exist.

Doesn't mean the danger isn't there...just that no actual crime has been committed yet.

But it's hard to understand.

It's comforting to know that there are people out there who take action when they see sickos like that...whether or not the children actually exist. and I hope for everyone's sake that this amounts to nothing. :)

Uh, Kcrys....read it again...here's a direct quote from someone who seems to be involved.

MM Everyone!

I spoke with Detective Nelson this morning and thought I would share this information with you so we don't allow our speculations to cover up the real issue or create a panic.

He has checked the address out personally and there are no children at the address he listed. There is no family by the name of Foster living on the street that he stated. The street does exist and is a low income area of Dallas.

The panicked emails at the beginning of the article seem to be from the guy that they suspect of being the predator.

I read the jumbled mishmash posted there....everything else is just speculation from people on Wren's Nest.

Further more....WARD does state at the bottom of the post that the Dallas police have no reports of rape or murder of young children in the area recently. Detective Nelson is with the Child Internet Explotation Division.

Let's find some more information on this before getting all worked up.
