How much does a cusp affect someone??

I was born on March 20th (Ostara! Only I didn't know it til I turned 12 :) and I am a Pisces/Aries cusper...and I think it really fits me. I'm very much a water/fire combination, with my sun and mercury both in Pisces and the 12th houses, my ascendant in Aries and the 1st house, my moon in Sagittarius and the 8th house.

But I was wondering, how much does a cusp affect someone? When you're born between 2 signs, do you normally take on some of the characteristics of both of them, or do you have the characteristics of the sign you were born in, accented with some of the temperament of the other sign?

I don't suppose I really need to know, since I already know what I am as much as anyone really can, a humongous mess of contradictions, hehe...but I was just curious :)

MM Wicce...I was born on March 25, you are alot more on the cusp than I am but you have asked a good question. I have noticed that when the sun is in Pisces I sometimes pick up some of the traits as a Pisces. Also, sometimes if you read your scope in both signs, you will see they are the exact opposite as well as both signs being the Alpha and Omega of the signs. now matter how close your Sun is to a cusp, it's either in one sign or another
