Initiation Rituals

Hi Everyone...

I need some help. I am part of a group/coven and well it's been decided that we are going to do an initiation ritual for each of us because of all the changes... The problem... We get to pick how we want the initiation to go or where the ritual comes from... I was wondering if anyone knew of any sites or books that had good rituals that I could look at. I believe one of the members mentioned one with ten candles. If anyone could point out some or send some to my email address if you have them on your system. There are approximately 4 people that will be present at the rituals including the initiate.
