To see the Shrub's environmental legacy in Texas,
check out: www.txpeer.org

If this keeps up, we'll all be living in a vast wasteland.

Thanks Mystique!
I really enjoyed the chadsux.com site.
They featured articles from British new sources. I have found that if you want to get a balanced picture of an issue, then it pays to check out a foreign news source or two. American mainstream news sources are all corporate controlled and their agendas are sometimes obvious when held in contrast with info from an outside source. Besides the British papers http://www.observer.co.uk/0,6903,,00.html , http://www.guardian.co.uk/ and Canadian http://broadcast-live.com/newspapers/canadian.html , I like cruising Australian news: http://www.smh.com.au/index.html , and http://www.commondreams.org/ .

<sigh> I sure hope someone does something... or we're in BIG trouble...

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... I've never been more scared for us all in my life.

There will be no end until the American people stand up
and demand that a no-confidence vote be held and to
remove the Shrub and all the other Republikan Klowns
from power.
Essentially, voting means that you hired them, and you can
fire them as well!
I'm not forgetting that the Shrub and company STOLE the
election....Dubya was never elected.
Excuse me for a minute while I stand up and sing: "Hail To The
Thief."

If the Shrub & company continue to anger the American people,
they should remember what happened to IL DUCE in Italy.:D

So you're scared and you're thinking
That maybe we ain't that young anymore
Show a little faith, there's magic in the night.

Well, fat chance on that... people, I think, are inherently lazy and non-confrontational. Besides the damn near impossible chore of instigating Pagans to do anything, gathering the 'general masses' isn't such an easy chore either... <sigh> It's gonna be a haaard 4 years :(

Just my opinion of course...

You should read the following, which is guaranteed to raise
your blood pressure:

http://www.commondreams.org/headlines01/0429-01.htm

The destruction of the environment will be agonizing, and
Dubya will not be around when the shit really hits the fan.

It seems that "the perfect will be the enemy of the good."

<sigh> More of what I was worried about... :( I sure hope some people (including the Republicans) wake up soon. What he keeps doing (and not doing) just isn't good for us or them...

I don't think he has the slightest clue what the he.. he is doing, himself! I'm not even American, but I told my hubby while the US election was going on that I hoped Gore won because he seemed least likely to start a war! Anyone who has executed 60something people and claim there is zero chance that any one of them were innocent...is either very stupid or extremely ignorant (or both).

On a more religion oriented note, I caught the Shrub (love that one) as a guest on 'The Healing Hour' (Christian prayer talk show) one night while flipping channels. He was sitting in a clubchair speaking about the Lord and encouraging the American people to pray for the nation. No S...ugarpops! With him at the wheel, the nation (and the world for that matter) needs all the prayers it can get!
