I just woke up from a pretty frightening dream and want to write it down before I forget.
Everything was dark (night time) and the sky was full of stars. There were no lights anywhere, only fire. I tried to look around but I couldn't seem to get my head to turn the way I wanted it to so, I just sat there for a while staring at the stars. I'm not sure how long I sat there but I was finally able to look down slightly and I saw my left hand (or what I think that MY hand). This hand didn't look anything like mine (the fingers were longer, the nails stubby) and there was a plain gold band on my ring finger. It wasn't anything terribly remarkable, just a simple tarnished gold band.
I then felt a hand on my back, my shoulder to be precise. The hand squeezed and squeezed and it hurt so badly but I couldn't turn around. Well, my body turned around but it was like my eyes stayed staring at the stars. I heard rustling (like fabric) and an unhappy mans voice, but I couldn't understand him. I don't know if he was speaking another language or if I just didn;t hear him.
I finally woke up, completely startled and confused. The disturbing part is that my shoulder hurt like hell. I don't know what this means or if it was even a dream, but ANY help or insight will be appreciated.
