Drug test

Is it possible for someone in great shape to clean his system out in less then 24 hours for a drug test? I'm pretty sure it takes a week to even enter you'r system.

Anyways, the reason I ask is because I have an interview today and I'm not sure if they will test me. Yes I do drugs, and I've gotten my fair share of being nagged about it. So don't waste you're time.

Nope, you can't clean your system out in 24 hours - depending on what they test you for, you're potentially screwed.

yeah, not to mention it would be against the law for anyone to help you cheat on your test so I do not think anyone here is going to give up any info..

more and more companies use drug prescreening tests when they hire people, dispite the varied opinions on the legality of the drugs, the law stands as written ...

depends on the drugs in question, some drugs can be cleared that fast some can't, also using drugs within that amount of time of when you may be drug tested is really really stupid.

It also depends on the company and what kind of testing they do. I have had urine tested, blood tested, and have had hair tested in the past for different jobs. Some things cannot be cleaned no matter what you do. Hair holds the record of your drug use for months, I believe.

All that said, I have never known a company to test anyone at an interview. That's usually done once a position is offered and is a condition of employment. There are also companies that don't test upon beginning your employment but will do so randomly some time after so as to not give you the time or opportunity to use any of the existing things out there to try to foll the tests.

I've had urine and hair testing done. Hair is usually done a couple of weeks prior to your start date so if you fail, you don't even get your 'first day'. The urine testwas done on my first day of the job.

I don't care either way; I always pass, but I was pretty ticked off that they cut my hair, even if it was in the back and underneath where you couldn't see it. Itched like hell when it was growing back.

they should legalize weed if that's what you are worried about

it makes no sense how alcohol is legal but the peace drug isn't!!

anyways, i wouldn't consider yourself a druggy or take to heart the lectures if all you do is weed.....

you have a right to smoke the peace drug!!!

I have no advice for you, I've known many people that tried to 'beat' their drug tests using various methods but they all failed.

And just FYI this statement is false.

A drug (any kind... legal, prescription, or otherwise) will be in your system as soon as it hits your bloodstream (however it got there, digestion, inhalation, absorbtion through mucous membranes or directly injected).

All I know is that eating Ice cubes can help to lower your blood alcohol limit for a breathe test. I think. I'm going off what I heard years ago, from mates.

I really wasn't going to respond to this but then I saw your age and the mother in me just can't be quiet. The only sure way to pass a drug test is to not do drugs. If you really want to get a job you may want to concider this option in the future. Take it from someone who has been there and done that. I didnt straighten out till I was 30. I wish you well.
