Okay well on Thursday hubby started his new job. It's 9-5:30pm during his weekday shifts and 9-5pm on his Saturday shift. Boring as hell apparently. Yesterday he served 10 customers, and spent the rest of the time reading or browsing the internet.
He has not been properly trained, and it doesn't seem like he will be getting more training.
They needed the staff, and just threw him in to sink or swim.
He's working at a pawn shop basically. Cash Converters for the Aussies that may read this.
He does have customer service and computer skills, just does not know everything when it comes to his job.
While I'm all for him pulling out of the job, I'd like him to have another to walk into, before he does.
So any positive thoughts or energies you could throw his way, to keep him going a little longer, in a boring job, would be great.
