I am having some problems with my b/f.. He won't tell me whats wrong, and he ... just won't talk. I don't know what to do. it's his birthday today, and hes really depressed. He won't tell me why.. somone, help me!

How old is he? Has he hit the decade change, 30, 40.....

he's 15...

now he refuses to speak with me..
I'm fearfull for him, and he doesnt think that i care.

Does he have friends, or is he being bullied?
Is his family nearby, do they communicate with him?
Or, is he on his own?
I may be wrong, but it sounds like his depression comes from
lonliness and rejection. Would you be able to get him to a
counselor, or to someone you both respect, and talk things
out?
I would only call mental health as a last resort, as that only
tends to worsen the situation.

he's not being bullied to my knowledge.
He has few friends, his parents made him move to his grandmothers house.
He hates her. He hates his parents. It's a long distance realtionship we have.
And I probably wouldn't be able to convice him to get help in the first place, he's very stubborn.

i am goign to talk to some freinds of mine, and try to figure something out.

He has a lot of pent-up anger towards his parents and
grandmother. He should consider anger management
counseling, to defuse his frustrations before they erupt
and he hurts himself or other people.
I have been there and the counseling has helped me greatly.
