PLEASE READ..if you have been having a LOT of problems with the Community
Board. Its fixed.


IF YOU HAVE NOT...had any problems...read on anyway. Important info.

Well, hopefully this is the last time I will have to bug all of you by
email. Sorry for the intrusion. Let me just say...WELCOME...to the new
members that have joined us in the past few days.

And now to the point. We have switched to a new Community Board system.
After wrestling with the original version and trying to fix the blank page
bug and several other problems my wife and I decided to shell out some cash
and buy a reputable System. This is our gift to all of you because we want
you to come and enjoy what this community has to offer. I know that some of
you were very discouraged with the problems we were having and probably
chose not to come back. Well, I want you to come and see the System. It
wasn't cheap...but it was well worth it...because it works.

Now, for a little bad news :) ! I was able to convert the WHOLE user base
over...so everyone should have the same login and password...but all of the
profile information is gone. So you all will have to create new signatures
and fill in info about yourself again. Do this by accessing the PROFILE ICON
at the top right of the screen. Also, I was able to save everyone's ICQ and
AIM addresses as well. Oh, and the new address for the community is
http://community.mysticwicks.com (http://community.mysticwicks.com/) . The old address WILL STILL WORK..it will
just redirect you.

So without dragging this on...I want to ask ALL of the community to give us
another chance with the new system. We are 130 members strong. If we were
all there taking part in the discussion then there is no end to the
possibilities of learning from each other and meeting all sorts of new
people. So...come back to the Community now...and be well.

Yeah, this was right after we moved all of the information over from the other board. You remember the craziness that ensued then! :D

Night of DOOM? This sounds kind of interesting...

Yes... There was much DOOM! Imagine, we had around 100-130 members. The site had several forums (although not as many as we have now) and people had been posting quite frequently. We had to manually move over the posts from the old forums. (Copying them one by one) and then repost them to the new forum. It was interesting though... If you look in the really super old threads, you can find several from that little escapade. That's also the night Member's pictures started. :D

I'll dig up one of the old threads for you to show you what I mean.
